A 19th Century Limestone Chimneypiece in the Style of Inigo Jones.
The shelf carved with fine acanthus and egg & dart above a prominent tablet carved with a central urn, flanked by draped wreaths hanging from bows. The urn is upheld by hoofs and bears a Bucranium mask. The frieze carved with finger flutes and darts, between corner blocks carved with further classical urns. The jambs faced with tapering pilaster columns with ionic capitals above carved harps.
