Sedna Bed

This bed, inspired by the Anglo-Ceylonese furniture tradition, is carved from mahogany. The barley twist posts are ebonised to create a robust and visually strong frame. The ebonised posts are reminiscent of rare, striking timbers native to Sri Lanka, such as Calamander; the Ceylonese influence works well in the design of this bed, uniting with English design to form a well-proportioned and handsome bed.
